Our team members
Andres is our Managing Director and has an Executive MBA in International Hotel Management at Vatel Hotel Business School. He worked from his beginnings in the hotel industry and after a few years, he directed his career towards the commercial area, focusing on Revenue Management and Online Distribution. His development continued in companies such as Alvear Palace Hotel, he participated in the opening of Despegar.com Office in Uruguay. At the end of 2015, he decided to continue his career in the United States and he relocated to Washington DC. He worked as a Front Office Manager at the Westin Alexandria in Virginia, then he joined Booking.com where he worked as an Account Manager supporting the DC team, and later founded SHR (Smart Hotel Revenue). His vision with SHR is to offer the hotel industry the possibility of carrying out an efficient Online Revenue Management & Marketing Distribution, oriented to results and within the reach of the independent hotelier.
Candela has experience as a data analyst and works within the team in the role of Revenue Analyst and Business Development.
She joined the team in 2019 supporting with weekly and quarterly reports for our customers, and from that moment to today, has added to their tasks the management of rates, data analysis for the application of specific strategies, and relationships with potential clients.
